needed to have a diamond replaced and a ring cleaned. they were very professional and courteous. they gave us a phenomenal deal! we were blown away by their generosity. this isn't our first experience with Ryan's Jewelry, and most definitely will not be our last. this jewelry is without a doubt the place to go for all of your jewelry needs

I enjoyed my shopping experience and the lady who owns the store cleaned all my rings and was so kind to me. She let me watch how she sized my ring which was very interesting. The sales staff was fabulous and I love my new ring! Definitely going back.

Whenever I to see my favorite jewelers I feel like family. They are helpful, friendly, and very patient. Their smiles always make me feel warm even on a cold day. I will forever remain a loyal customer. Also their quality of jewelry is amazing and their prices is always great. I’ve been going to them since 2023 before my wedding and they have always made me and my husband feel welcome. It brings joy to my heart when I know I’m going to see my jewelry family.

Ring removal on swollen finger. Having surgery needed my wedding ban and 2 engagement rings removed. I try everything at home and couldn’t take it off. Came in to the store and spoke with jeweler lady very sweet. The 2 engagement rings were removed very easy. My wedding ban was difficult since it was thicker. She try different methods to take it off. The jeweler lady was very patient and determined to remove the ring. My wedding ban was finally off. I will return after my surgery and get my rings fix. Thankful for everyone employee very nice to me
